By downloading or using Lumn ("the app"), you agree to these terms.
License
Lumn is licensed, not sold. A one-time purchase of $9.99 grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use Lumn on your Mac(s), subject to the activation limit shown at checkout. You may not resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the app or circumvent its license check.
Payments & refunds
Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, who acts as merchant of record.
Updates
Lumn may automatically download and install updates via Sparkle.
Acceptable use
Use Lumn lawfully. Lumn requires macOS audio access solely to detect the beat of audio your Mac is already playing, and automation access to Music and Spotify solely to read the current track; you grant these at your own discretion.

Lumn is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from its use, to the extent permitted by law.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance.
